After buying the Oil Conveyor, Norborg has finally found a solution to handle the Bilge Water.
Norðborg keeps it short and simple and says "The Oil Conveyor is unique"
Norðborg is built at the Asmar shipyard in Talcahuano, Chile and arrived to the Faroe Islands in May 2009. Since then Norðborg has been looking for a solution to handle the bilge water. Norðborg is running with "IFO 180 fueloil" and in February 2010 they installed an Oil Conveyor from Faroe Maritime Technic. Today, three months after, they are sailing with dry machine grave, totally free of oil.

Two months ago, an oil separator system as part of a pilot scheme was installed on board the trawler Enniberg. The system is invented and produced by Faroe Maritime Technic in the city of Vagur in the Faroe Islands.The Chief engineer on board Enniberg, Sámal Johannesen, gives in an interview in the Faroese radio, Útvarp Føroya, explanation of the main principle behind this new oil separarator system.
